Final Post

Hello Fellow Brothers and sisters in Christ, it’s been a long time since my last post in august. So here are some short updates and announcing that this will be my final post on this blog. I can’t deny that my Christian life went smooth without bumps and sadness. But I have recovered quite a lot , ever since Christ opened my eyes to see my life was so contradicting with what I re-tell about other teacher’s teachings. My world turned upside down, and was lost at a crossroad. Didn’t wanna pick any round until i was certain that this time it was the right one. But like mentioned in the bible, doesn’t matter what road you pick, a life without Christ will only have a bad ending as you walk further. That is what he wanted to remind me, and that i should focus more on things that will make his light shine through us.

The reason why this will be final post is, that I’ve grown and become too old for the CTIA Teen in action. I might be starting a new blog, where i will post preaches of pastors and other lessons I learn along the way. so stay tuned

Here is a lesson that I learned last Sunday.. I didn’t catch all four points / signs that He will be coming soon.

Luke 12

Watchfulness

³⁵ “Be dressed ready for service and keep your lamps burning, ³⁶ like servants waiting for their master to return from a wedding banquet, so that when he comes and knocks they can immediately open the door for him. ³⁷ It will be good for those servants whose master finds them watching when he comes. Truly I tell you, he will dress himself to serve, will have them recline at the table and will come and wait on them. ³⁸ It will be good for those servants whose master finds them ready, even if he comes in the middle of the night or toward daybreak. ³⁹ But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have let his house be broken into. ⁴⁰ You also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.”

He gave us many signs that He will be returning soon, so that when we stand before Him. We cannot say that we didn’t know he was coming. We need to prepare ourselves and be ready, not in a way like that because he is coming that we should leave our daily life routines. But we should continue and do our best so that many more can get to know Christ. A good example would be Noah’s Boat. Noah warned everyone to stop with their horrible ways of living for a flood was soon upon them. Even when the people laughed at them , Noah and his family still continued to build their boat as instructed. So when It came, only Noah and his family survived.
This is not a threat like most online post say, that most christian only go to church because they fear death. We follow Jesus because He loves Us like no ones else and we should do the same by loving Him back , not just by words but by our daily actions.
Everyone thought that the world was gonna end in 2012-12-21 but it didn’t, many false preachers made millions and many were disappointed and turned from God. That is the side of effect of these false predictions, like what is mentioned in the bible, Jesus will come back like a thief in the night. We must stay awake!
This does not mean we cannot sleep and must take watch, but it means we must be ready and do not live our lives like those drunkards back in Noah days. As one of the teacher I will not make the mistake of telling you the exact date, because then i will be the same as the false preachers. There was a student who approached me and told me that she had a dream seeing the Kingdom of Heaven coming down to earth, in the sky was a calendar the date was given, the month was given, but the year was blank. I thought to myself it must be on one of the Jews big feast days, so i checked one of my books that had all jew events listed till 2030. To my shock I found that it is true, so I can say for sure it is close. But it is not my task to tell you which date it is, if the Lord wants you to know then He will do it in his own time. IT IS VERY CLOSE I can assure you.
Sidenote: This was preached by Brother Leo, so I thought to myself why He would say such wise words. Some people will already think, he is lying , he might not even know the date. Today it came clear to me, apart from his reasons he mentioned above. God loves us so much that He might want to give us the date , but if He did, He just knows mankind too well, It will just turn to earth into chaos than it already is. There are just too many factors beside this that we cannot think of, our minds are limited in compare to that of God.

So back to Brother Leo, as an advice he says that we must not… ( somethings troubling my mind or on my mind so I will fill in the final sentence later).
